Stem-Style Pop-Up Valve

A durable, vulcanized rubber mushroom-head valve with a steel stem that is suited for larger capacity Schmidt pots. Designed to seat within the blast pots internal plumbing and to provide positive sealing. 

The pop-up valve responds to pressure put into the system and "pops up" to pressurize the system. The Pop-Up Valve is located in the center of the pot where the media is put in. One of the first signs you will see when you have a bad Pop-Up Valve is a noticeable decrease in blast pressure. A decrease in blast pressure could mean the Pop-Up Valve is not sealing correctly and pressure is escaping the pot.
